The Stephen Girard Award,

Award of Merit and the Athletic Award

The GCAA honors alumni with three awards.

The Stephen Girard Award is the highest award granted by the GCAA. Annually presented at Founder's Day ceremonies, the Stephen Girard award recognizes one graduate whose professional accomplishments reflect honor upon Stephen Girard and acclaim Girard College and its alumni.

The Award of Merit is awarded annually to a group of alumni whose achievement in their field of endeavor and loyalty and service to Girard College and its alumni merit esteem and recognition by their fellow alumni.

 The Athletic Award is given annually to individuals who Excelled in their sport or sports while in Girard or after Girard.
