How to Apply:

The Admission Process

Please note: We are now accepting applications for the 2018-2019 school year.

We sincerely hope that Girard College will be the perfect fit for your child. Here is a helpful explanation of the steps in the Admission Process.

HOW TO APPLY FOR GRADE 1

Apply online: begin here.

Call to set up a visit for both parent/guardian and student. Take school records request form to your child's current to have a copy of their report cards / transcripts sent directly to our offices.

Take teacher recommendation form to your child's current or former teacher to fill out.

HOW TO APPLY FOR GRADES 2-5

Apply online. Begin here.

Call to set up a visit for both parent/guardian and student. Take school records request form to your child's current school to fill out. We will need copies of your child's current grades and grades from one year prior.

HOW TO APPLY FOR GRADES 6-11

Apply online. Begin here.

Call to set up a visit for both parent/guardian and student.

Share results of your student's ISEE or SSAT tests. Indicate Girard College as recipient at test time. Need to register your child for one of these tests? Register here for ISEE. Register here for SSAT.

Take school records request form to your child's current or former school to fill out. We will need copies of your child's current grades and grades from one year prior. Download the required form here.

Take teacher recommendation form to your child's current or former teacher to fill out. Download the required form here.

All applicants for grades 6th-11th will be required to submit teacher recommendations from an English and a Math Teacher.
